Air Transportation Round trip air transportation is included in your package price from the West coast cities of San Francisco, Portland and Seattle. Our on-staff travel agent will be happy to make all your air transportation arrangements when you book a trip.
Important Air Travel InformationThe airfare portion of the cost for our trips is based on departure from the West coast cities of Portland, Seattle and San Francisco. But, since we serve travelers all over the United States, we'll estimate the adjustment of the airfare portion of the package from your city.
For example, for travelers departing from a Midwest city for our Branson, Missouri adventure, the airfare portion of their package price may be lower than the price listed in this brochure. Conversely, for travelers departing from an East coast city for a Las Vegas trip, the airfare portion of their package price may be higher. Airline Gate Transfer Assistance: For our travelers flying on their own to the vacation destination, we can request assistance from the airlines with gate transfers. Please contact us for more information.
Transportation to Portland Airport: For our travelers who live in the Willamette Valley, we provide transportation to and from the Portland airport with pick-ups in Eugene, Albany and Salem for $25 per person each way.

Close & Compassionate Supervision Our fun, caring chaperones provide supervision on an average ratio of one chaperone to three or four travelers. They also provide assistance with dispensing medications (if required), and budgeting spending money. |
Lodging, Meals, Entertainment & More!Triple occupancy lodging, all meals, gratuities, entertainment and recreational equipment rentals is included in the package price. In special circumstances, we may have four people to a room for reasons of supervision and safety. Single and double occupancy rooms may be available by special request at an adjusted rate. |
