Air Transportation Round trip air transportation is included in your package price from the west coast cities of Portland, Seattle and San Francisco.
The airfare portion of the cost for our trips is based on departure from the west coast cities of Portland, Seattle and San Francisco. But, since we serve travelers all over the United States, we'll estimate the adjustment of the airfare portion of the package from your city. Our on-staff travel agent will be happy to make all your air transportation arrangements when you book a trip.

Airline Gate Transfer Assistance: For our travelers flying on their own to the vacation destination, we can request assistance from the airlines with gate transfers. Please contact us for more information.
Transportation to Portland Airport: For our travelers who live in the Willamette Valley, Oregon, we provide transportation to and from the Portland airport with pick-ups in Eugene, Albany and Salem for $25.00 per person each way.

Driving Trips Our driving trips depart from Eugene and do not include airfare.
We can arrange for travelers to meet the group...

Close & Compassionate Supervision Our fun, caring chaperones provide supervision on an average ratio of one chaperone for every three or four travelers. They also provide assistance with dispensing medications (if required), and budgeting spending money. |
Lodging, Meals, Entertainment & More!All vacations include triple occupancy lodging, all meals at destination, transportation at destination, gratuities, entertainment, and recreational equipment rentals. Single and double occupancy rooms may be available by special request at an adjusted rate.
