Trips Inc. chaperones assist travelers with medications and budgeting spending money, plus, prompts for things such as bathing, hygiene, dressing, and using the restroom. Yes. We have a lot of travelers who bring their own care providers. It is the traveler's responsibility to provide and pay for their care provider to go on the vacation. Care providers pay the same all-inclusive package price as the traveler does.

Trips Inc. has our own travel agent on staff who will work with you to arrange air transportation from your area to the vacation destination. Since we serve travelers from all over the country, we will meet you at, or enroute to, our final destination. If you are a care provider or family member, you can obtain an airline gate assistance pass that will allow you to escort your traveler through security and directly to the gate. Passes are not guaranteed so you may need to ask the airline to provide an escort to the gate. While the traveler does not need to navigate the airport on their own, they do need to be able to fly unaccompanied in some cases. We will meet the traveler upon arrival at the destination!
