Airline Baggage Fees​

For ALL travelers who on return flight will be checking a bag while with Trips Inc. Please enclose exact cash required. Receipts not collected.

Note: Even if the traveler does not require support with money, please send their baggage fee in exact cash in this envelope to make the return airport check in process simpler and quicker for the entire group.

Airline standard checked bag fee per bag each way up to 50 lbs:

• Alaska/Hawaiian - $45 

• American - $50

• Delta -$45

• Southwest - $45

• United - $50

​​PLEASE NOTE: If the traveler is checking a bag over 50 lbs please include extra cash for the return otherwise cash will be pulled from their spending money as needed.
